Update On Broken Shoulder - 17th January, 2020

Well physio went well.  I was back at the car for 9.20am (appointment was 9am).  She said I have improved even more, so to continue with the exercises with the stick and can of baked beans.  I need to find a longer stick, so will use my broom handle.  There is still some more movement (hence the longer stick) and she's given me a new exercise to do with a stick, to help my left arm get behind my back better.  Not seeing her now till 14th February, when she may sign me off if I am still doing ok.  She said she's very impressed with how well I am doing and already doing more than most people can with the injury I had.  She agreed Fracture Clinic will probably sign me off on 11th Feb.

Happy 5th Gotcha Day Honey

I cannot believe I have had Honey for 5 years.

She's going very grey now and has Arthritis, but she still enjoys life.

She's very good with her new little sister Twigs.

I hope I have many more years with her.

Twiggy Is In The Building - 7th December, 2019

Finally after adopting her on 8th October and planning on bringing her home with me at the end of the holiday on 19th October, Twiggy is now living with me.

As most of you will be aware, I broke my shoulder on 15th October, whilst on holiday, so my friend Hilary has been looking after her and my Honey.  Honey came home on 22nd November.  As I am managing without any problems and walked both at the last Greyhound walk without any problems, she's now here.

Hopefully she'll soon get use to my routine and we'll have many years together.
