Happy Valentines Day

Well our weather has thrown almost everything at us this week.  We've had sunny and dry days, but really colds winds.  Torrential rain, gale force winds and cold.  Whatever the weather it has been so cold:)

Polly and I wish you all a Happy Valentines Day.  Polly is still looking for her Valentine.

Even if it is cold, Polly still wants to go for her early morning walk.

Still no zoomies for Polly, so she's making up for it by playing with her stuffies and eating her chews.  Here she's keeping hold of it:)

Best place with this weather is in bed.  Well partly in bed in this case:)

Hope you have all had a good week and you are looking forward to the weekend.  You all take care and keep dry, warm and safe.  Don't forget to hug your hound/s.

  1. Seems the weather is nasty almost everywhere. Odd to say the least. Stay inside and avoid the cold and enjoy the sweet friends. Love the music. I love Celtic music most.

  2. Oh that last photo is brilliant! You think she can't possibly be comfortable but why would she do it if she wasn't... definitely more bendy than me!

  4. Gary, So longing for warm dry days to actually enjoy our walks.

    I like Enya.

Laura, She's often inj even stranger positions:) Think as an ex-racer she's had to get sleep where ever she is. She's not the only one, as most Greys do it.

houndstooth, Happy Valentine's Day to you Bunny. You cuddle up with Flattery, Morgan and maybe even the infidel:)

  5. Hi Sue and Polly. Valentines Day is over for us. Beryl and Asher are a happy couple but Frankie and I are still single .. maybe next year Frankie should pop the question to Polly if she isn't taken ;) Hope your weather settles down soon! I've hardly watched TV the past couple of months but see little bits about the shocking winter you're having. I know it's no consolation but our summer has been totally pathetic here.

  7. We have had crazy weather over here too. Bed is definitely the best place to be in weather like this.

  8. Greyhounds CAN Sit, Polly says she'd happily be Frankie's moll:)

We had winds of 80mph and dad's neighbour lost two fence panels early this morning. Luckily they ended up at the bottom of dad's garden, but they were too damaged to put back. We've had heavy rain all afternoon.

Shame your summer hasn't been good. I am hoping we will get an early Spring and then a long warm dry summer. Well I can hope.

Bev, Polly has the 'this bed is too small' look down very well:)

gyeong, Hope you all keep safe and enjoy cuddling up together.

  9. Polly is beautiful. And wise for her cozy-n-warm-n-restful approach during recent winter challenges. :)
