WOYWW 10th September

Here is my WOYWW (What's On Your Workbench Wednesday).  If you want to know more about this weekly event, take a look at Julia's blog

Well not much going on here.  On my desk I have a Haynes manual for my car, the new TV guide and a card that isn't finished yet.

I hope you all have a lovely WOYWW.

  1. A Haynes manual?! I'm impressed - do you do your own car maintenance? Apart from the obvious stuff like oil check and tyre pressure, I wouldn't have a clue where to start!
I like the horse figurine on the windowsill by the way :-)
    Hugs, LLJ 30 xx

  2. May not be a lot going on but it certainly looks like you are ready for any event. Have a lovely week.

  3. Very neat desk. Hope the interesting card gets finished soon. Thanks for sharing your workspace today. Hope you have a great day and a lovely crafting week to come. Hazel, WOYWW #45 x

  4. Thank you for sharing your desk. I'm new here at WOYWW (well, since last week) and I feel embarrassed to show a tidy empty desk. It's like I'm not doing anything. So after seeing yours I feel I don't have to have something on the go. Thanks.
It looks like you are still enjoying the good weather (looking at the fan)
    CU next week

  5. Hi Sue - does that mean this week's crafting is going to be working on your car? Whatever this week brings, I hope it goes well. Love, Chris # 34

  6. A Haynes manual. I am impressed! Nice little topper for your card.
    Take care. God bless.

  7. LLJ, I use to be able to do a fair bit to my cars, but not now I have Arthritis in my back. I was looking up things to see what the garage would cost to do them. Only had the car for 7 weeks, so a few things to get sorted.

The horse figurine was an 18th birthday present from a school friend.

Sandra de, I actually got some toppers and a card made today for two different swaps. They'll be on next weeks WOYWW.

Hazel, The little card has been finished, although it needs a sentiment on the front. I tend to wait until I want to use a card and then get the appropriate sentiment.

Lisca, I only joined January. It's so nice to be able to go to other blogs and get inspiration from them.

Chris, No:) As I said to Sandre de I actually have done some crafting today.

    Margaret, Thank you:)

  8. Hello Sue. Am impressed you used to do car stuff! Think I am due to send you a swap card (UKPC) I'd best go and get myself sorted :-) Happy WOYWW Anne x #32

It is nice you shared your desk anyway. Happy WOYWW!

  10. I see someone else requires a fan when she works. Your space looks inviting. Creative Blessings! Kelly #67

  11. I guess we all have those weeks! It sure has been like that here!

  12. Anne, My dad said if I was to have a car, I had to know how to do things on it. It certainly saved a lot of money, as parts aren't usually to costly, but labour is.

Looking forward to getting the swap from you.

    Gabrielle, Thank you.

Kelly, I have used the fan a lot this summer.

  13. Wishing you and Polly and your Dad all the best!

  14. Hazel, Thank you.
