  11. Two very lovely cards, and I'm especially taken with the pretty tulips sitting on the delicate lacy doily. The effect on each of these cards is very, very dimensional, and wonderful work on each. The peachy shades on #2 are so soft and fit in with her costume and floral bouquet. TFS & Hugs.

  12. Suzanne, It's just decoupage. I can't be asked to do the decoupage where you have to cut everything out, but this die cut decoupage is so easy.
