WOYWW 13th July, 2016

Here is my WOYWW (What's On Your Workbench Wednesday).  Want to know more check it out at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk/

As Julia is recovering from major surgery, at the moment Jan http://lunchladyjansfabricfrenzy.blogspot.co.uk/   is standing in for Julia.

My desk this morning.

Got my glitter pens out to colour in some peel offs for a Swap.

The other bits are the gubbins for some other swaps.

Here is the beaded bauble cover I have been doing.

I am doing another one in green and red.

Happy WOYWW.

  7. Thanks for sharing your desk. Love the beadwork. Those covers are really beautiful. My MIL got into bead work and made us all beautiful ones for Christmas one year.

  10. Helen, Thank you.

Jan, It took me a while, as I kept going wrong. The second one is going much better. I got the first three strands done at the last crafting morning. If I do that each time it will take another three craft mornings.

Not sure how they would go down at the Greyhound meet.

Jill, Thank you. I will show the next one once it is finished.

KathyK, Not making them with Christmas in mind. Had planned on doing three different coloured ones and having them hanging in my window.

Marit, My Glitter Pens are almost empty, so much look for some more.

    Shaz, Thanks.

I've had the peel-offs for ages. As soon as I saw the theme for the swap I thought of them.

SharonK, Thank you. One lady at the craft morning said she'd love to do one big enough to go over a plain lampshade. She'll need a lot of beads:)

    April, Thank you.

Donna, Thanks. I didn't do the Greyhound. Found the image on Google Images.

  12. Peel-Offs, now there's a thing! I have so many of these that I collected years ago and really need to do something with them or find them a good home as I don't tend to use them which is a great shame as some of them are really lovely. Happy crafty woyww, Angela x 23

  15. Hi, Sue! Your beaded decor for the baubles is lovely! Are these used all year long? Or do you specifically decorate at Christmas time with them? They are wonderfully unique. I don't own any glitter pens! YIKES! how did that happen with all the other glittery stuff in my house? Love the peel-offs. I imagine that is very convenient and not as difficult to cut out, is that right? Hope you enjoy a lovely day! xo

  16. Donna, Thank you. My friend who takes the crafting morning learnt whilst out in Spain. She is making hers for her Christmas tree. I don't have a tree, but wanted to make some to just hang up in the window.

You must get some glitter pens:)

With peel-offs there isn't any cutting out, as they literally peel off the backing sheet and you place them on whatever surface and then you can colour them in.

  21. Diane, Thank you. I got the pen case (actually I have three) from http://www.craftsulove.co.uk/CTPENCASE.jpg They still have them at £5.49. They also do a case suitable for larger pens.
