WOYWW 9th November

Here is my WOYWW (What's On Your Workbench Wednesday).  If you want to know more about this weekly event, take a look at Julia's blog

On my desk today I have four Christmas Toppers ready for a swap.  Each Topper has a bell on it.

This is the second beaded bauble cover I made.

Happy WOYWW.

  1. Oh, that beaded bauble cover is gorgeous Sue - you are clever!! It looks so complicated to make but is probably the same pattern repeated? I'm glad the things were well received by the doggies, hope they help make lots of cash for the new refuge.

  4. Your preciously "woven" bauble cover is wonderful with the tiny beads on the bottom, Sue. I especially like the way you have displayed your pretty tags - and each with a bell! You've been busy- beautiful Christmasy colors, too! hugs, de

( So much snow here now... )

  10. Great job on your Christmas toppers and bauble cover, Sue! You've been busy!! I see you've come up with a great solution for the worn-off letters on your keyboard! Enjoy your day!! Hugs, Darnell

  11. Darnell, Thank you.

Yes, The little stickers last a fair time. I had Dell with my new Dell PC, but it very quickly lost the letters. I had three new keyboards from Dell in the first year. Then a chap at Dell told me that Dell don't even use their own keyboards, but use Logitech, which is what I have. I've yet to hear of a keyboard that this doesn't happen to.

Sussie, Thank you. Hope you are soon happily doing your Christmas cards.

You keep warm in the snow.

    Angerla, Thank you.

Sharon, Thank you. The beaded bauble cover is easy once you get the first row done, as you do just repeat it.

    Lynne, Thank you.

    Elaine, Thank you.

    Donna, Thank you.

    Lillian, Thank you.

    Shaz, Thank you.

Jan, Thank you. As I said to Sharon, once you get the first row done, you just repeat.

With the help of your lovely things, the new kennels are getting there. I cannot thank you enough.

  12. Gosh, these are so festive. Love the holiday motifs on the tags, and the tiny bells - cute. Also loved the intricate weave of the covering on that ornament. TFS & Hugs

  13. love the toppers and the bauble! Helen #2

  16. The beaded bauble is stunning! I've never had the patience for bead stringing... Have a great week! ~Heather~ WOYWW #51

  17. Heather, Thank you. I didn't think I would enjoy making them, but now I know what to do I love it.
