WOYWW 5th September, 2018

Here is my WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday).  If you want to know more about this weekly event, take a look at Julia's blog http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk

Here's my desk.

Here's the background I made using an ink pad, for the card for which you can see the gubbins in the desk photo.

Here's the finished card.  The theme for the swap was make your own background.

Happy WOYWW.

  1. Your desk is lovely and tidy but so glad you gave us a peek at your card making. What a fab background - love the colours you used - the prefect foil for that die cut and butterfly.

  4. Morning Sue. Your finished card is really lovely - well done. Who would have thought that simply an ink pad, put onto a piece of card - could produce such a glorious flower...
    Take care. God bless.

  12. Lovely effect, the dewdrops look just like petals and work so well with flower stamps.

  13. Hi Sue, your card is perfectly put together. The colours all match/blend so well. I have to make a birthday card this evening for a lady at work, and your card fits the bill perfectly. I was sat here thinking where shall I find inspiration at this late hour. I'm so glad I visited your desk! Have a lovely week Heather x #12

  15. Love the way you've created this bold flower 'petal' arrangement with the shape of your ink pad. It made such a pretty card with the butterfly and circle mats to sit on top. Bet this was fun to do as well. Pats to the pups, and enjoy the remainder of the week. TFS & Hugs
